Delete Your Dopalearn Account

Delete your account in the app

1. Open Dopalearn and sign in to the parent account.
2. Open the Settings view.
3. Select Delete Account.
4. Review the warning and confirm permanent deletion.

If you cannot access the app

Email us from the address associated with the Dopalearn account. Use the subject line Dopalearn account deletion request and tell us that you want the account permanently deleted.

We may ask for limited information needed to verify that you are the parent or guardian who controls the account. We will not ask for a child’s password or unnecessary identity documents.

Data that will be deleted

Deleting the account permanently removes the Dopalearn data associated with it from our Firebase backend:

• the parent or guardian’s name;
• the parent or guardian’s email address;
• all child profile names; and
• all learning progress and scores associated with those profiles.

Little Brain Boosters B.V. does not retain those account records after account deletion is completed.

Deletion cannot be undone

Account deletion is permanent. Profiles, learning progress, and scores cannot be restored after deletion. Uninstalling Dopalearn without using Delete Account does not delete the account or its backend data.

Cancel subscriptions separately

• Cancel an Apple subscription
• Cancel a Google Play subscription

Apple and Google may retain their own transaction records under their respective legal obligations and privacy policies. Little Brain Boosters B.V. does not control those store records.
